Produced by the Weinstein Company and Greene Street Films, AWAKE is a psychological thriller directed by Joby Harold. The film stars Hayden Christensen, Jessica Alba, Terrence Howard and Lena Olin. The story focuses on a man who suffers "anesthetic awareness" and finds himself awake and aware, but paralyzed, during heart surgery.

The score was performed by the London Metropolitan Orchestra and recorded at Abbey Road Studios.
